Education Zone buildings transition to primarily badge access

To strengthen security and alignment with other Sacramento campus buildings, the Education Zone buildings will transition primarily to badge-only access starting on Friday, Aug. 1, 2025. 

Education Zone building access updates: 

• Betty Irene Moore Hall – The south entrance next to Parking Lot 19 will be open to guests and visitors from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. All other entrances and times will be badge access only. 

• Administrative Support Building (ASB) – Guests and visitors can enter through the south door facing Vanderhoef Commons lawn from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. All other entrances and times will be badge access only. 

• Education Building – Guests and visitors can enter through the door facing the Blaisdell Medical Library, which will be open from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. All other entrances and times will be badge access only. 

• Center for Health and Technology (CHT) – Building will be accessible by badge only. Guests and visitors can access the CHT through the Education Building from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday to Friday.
