Update: Zoom migration rescheduled to Oct. 7.
On Oct. 7 at 5 P.M., the Microsoft 365 (M365) Migration team will migrate the UC Davis Health Zoom account over to the Health tenant. Beginning on Oct. 8, all migrated users will use their @health.ucdavis.edu email address to log into Zoom. Your Single Sign-On (SSO) password will remain the same after the migration.
Migrated (Health) Users
Users who have migrated to the new Health tenant will now be able to log into Zoom using their Health email address.
- Login: username@health.ucdavis.edu
- Password: remains the same as before
If you need help logging in after the migration:
- Submit a ServiceNow ticket
- Call the Technology Operations Center: 916-734-HELP (4357)
Non-migrated (Campus) Users
Users who have not migrated (and will not) will need to recreate an account on the Campus Zoom tenant to continue using Zoom. Non-migrated users will not be able to log into the Health Zoom tenant with their Campus credentials. Here are the steps to take to obtain your Campus Zoom account:
- Head to https://ucdavis.zoom.us and click the sign-in button to log in
- Login: username@ucdavis.edu
- Password: Kerberos Password
- After you log in, you will get a notice that states “You are signing into a Zoom account that is different from your current one” message. Click the switch to the new account link.
- Follow the How to migrate to a new Zoom system knowledge base article to switch to the new account.
- Once you switch your account to Campus, you will be asked to sign back into Zoom using your Campus login.
- Login: username@ucdavis.edu
- Password: Kerberos Password
- The account switch is complete. Your meetings and data will move to your new Campus Zoom account, and you can use Zoom as normal.
Once you create your account on the Campus tenant, your meetings and data from the Health Zoom account will move to the Campus Zoom account.
